About the Program

 A 12-week immersive training that teaches you how to design and facilitate safe, effective breathwork experiences backed by physiology and flow-state science.


You will learn clear methods, repeatable processes, and frameworks that adapt to any setting: corporate teams, studios, classrooms, or coaching sessions.

What You’ll Learn

Fundamentals


  • How the nervous system works and how breathing regulates it.
     
  • Breathing mechanics and biochemistry.
     
  • Daily practices that build clarity, focus, and resilience.


  • Dozens of different breathing techniques, exercises, and protocols from a wide range of traditions, practices, and modalities.
     

Facilitation


  • Cueing and coaching with precision and confidence.
     
  • Group session design and management.
     
  • Trauma-aware safety protocols and ethical boundaries.
     
  • How to create psychologically safe environments for change.
     

Flow State


  • The history and science of Flow.
     
  • Physiological and psychological markers of Flow State.
     
  • How specific breathing patterns influence focus and brain activity.

Structure and Pacing

  • Format: Weekly 90-minute live Zoom sessions and guided practice labs.
     
  • Duration: 12 weeks, plus practicum.
     
  • Self-paced materials: Video refreshers, guided breath tracks, and worksheets.
     
  • Practicum: 20 hours of recorded facilitation, 2 full sessions with participant feedback, and 10 hours of cross-modality exploration.
     
  • Support: Private community and direct feedback from Dave Gieselman.

Safety and Integrity

Limitless Flow Breathwork is a non-clinical, trauma-aware practice.


You will learn stop rules, contraindications, and red-flag protocols that allow you to facilitate with confidence and precision. The work is grounded in physiology and evidence-based methods so you can guide responsibly in any environment.

You do not need prior certification in yoga or meditation. What matters is curiosity, integrity, and a willingness to practice what you teach.

Competencies for Certification

  • Time Commitment: Expect an average of 4 to 6 hours per week over 12 weeks for live sessions, practice, and self-paced study.
     
  • Flexible Learning: Cohort classes are live, but this is a work-at-your-own-pace program. Recordings and materials remain available throughout and after the course.
     
  • Knowledge and Application: Attend live sessions and complete knowledge checks with at least 80 percent accuracy, showing clear understanding of key principles.
     
  • Facilitation Practice: Log 20 hours of guided practicum, demonstrating safe cueing, pacing, and participant management.
     
  • Session Demonstrations: Submit two full recorded Limitless Flow sessions with participant feedback using the provided structure.
     
  • Cross-Modality Experience: Engage in 10 hours of breathwork or related modalities outside of Limitless Flow and complete reflection logs to show comparative understanding.

FAQ

Is this a clinical program?

No. It is a coaching-based certification focused on applied physiology.


Do I need previous experience with breathwork?

No. You will learn foundational and advanced techniques during the training.


How is this program different from others?

It is built on neuroscience and flow research. The approach is practical and adaptable.


What if I miss a session?

All sessions are recorded, and you will have materials to stay on pace.
